Reconnecting Students. Rebuilding Success.
About Restore
Restore is a personalized pathway designed to help students reconnect with school, strengthen academic skills, and build the confidence needed for long-term success.
Students learn in a structured, relationship-centered environment where academic instruction, social-emotional supports, counseling, and real-world experiences work together to help students overcome challenges and move forward with confidence. Every student receives an individualized plan focused on growth, resilience, and future success.
What Learning Looks Like
Personalized Academic Instruction
Students receive targeted academic instruction designed to meet their individual learning needs while building foundational literacy and core academic skills. Progress is monitored regularly so instruction can be adjusted as students grow.
Reading Intervention
Strong reading skills are the foundation for success across every subject. Students receive individualized reading instruction and ongoing progress monitoring to strengthen literacy, confidence, and academic achievement.
Counseling & Wellness
Students have access to individual and small-group counseling focused on emotional well-being, healthy relationships, executive functioning, and self-regulation. These supports help students build coping strategies, resilience, and confidence while strengthening connections to school.
Character & Leadership
Students participate in activities that promote responsibility, perseverance, accountability, leadership, and positive decision-making while developing the personal skills needed for success both in and outside the classroom.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
Growth happens in many different environments.
Students participate in community learning experiences that may include outdoor education, career exploration, STEM activities, manufacturing tours, and other experiential learning opportunities that connect classroom learning to the world around them. These experiences help students develop confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while building positive relationships.
Individualized Support
Every student begins Restore with a personalized success plan developed in partnership with the student, family, and school staff.
This plan focuses on:
- Academic growth
- Attendance
- Social-emotional development
- Positive behavior
- Personal goals
Regular check-ins help celebrate progress while ensuring students continue receiving the support they need throughout their journey.
