Online Enrollment and Registration for Students

Thank you for joining the Manitowoc Public School District (MPSD) community! Our goal is to make your student's learning experience enriching, memorable, and the best route to prepare them for their future.

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025-26 SCHOOL YEAR
IS NOW OPEN!!

If your child currently attends 4K-12th grade at the Manitowoc Public School District, registration is not needed.  The parent/guardian will complete the Annual Update via the Parent Portal in August, which confirms all contact information, health conditions, medications, media and field trip release.

 

New student Registration

I am NEW to the Manitowoc Public School District, I have no Students currently attending MPSD.

Before you begin the enrollment process,
please have the following information available:

  • Valid email address.  If you do not have an existing email address, you can create one for free through a number of email services.
  • Proof of residence (Utility bill or lease with guardian's name issued within last 30 days)
  • Student's original birth certificate
  • Emergency contact names and phone numbers
  • Medication information
  • Immunization record
  • Previous school information
Returning Student Registration

I currently have a Student enrolled in the MPSD and want to add a new Student.

Log into Infinite Campus Parent Portal

  1. Click More from the left hand navigation
  2. Click MPSD Online Registration
  3. Complete the application
    • Forgot your password? Use the password reset option at the above link
    • Don't have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal login? email registration@mpsd.school to request an activation key

Once the application is submitted, be sure to check your email to see the status of your application.

Call 920-686-4777 to schedule an appointment. All appointments will be held at the MPSD Administration Office at 2902 Lindbergh Drive.
Office hours during the school year are Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4pm.
Summer hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm and Fridays 7:30am-11:15am.

4 Year Old Kindergarten (4K)

FREE 4 year old kindergarten for students who will be 4 years old on or before September 1st of the school year they are enrolling. Read more information about our 4K Program or call 920-663-9614.

Your student(s) must be 5 years old by September 1st of the school year they are enrolling.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Question:  I do not have my Student's Wisconsin birth certificate? 

Answer:  Complete this Application and return to: 
Manitowoc County Register of Deeds 1010 S 8th St Room 107 Manitowoc, WI 54220

Question:  What other documents can be provided instead of a birth certificate?

Answer:  Passport, baptismal record, or other official documentation.
 

Question:  My home address is outside of the Manitowoc Public School District.

Answer:  Complete this open enrollment application. Once approved you can proceed with online registration.

Question:  Which school will my Student attend?

Answer:  Placement for elementary (K-5) is based on attendance area. Middle school Students (6-8) living on the south side of the Manitowoc River attend Washington. Students living north of the Manitowoc River attend Wilson.
 

Question:  Who do I contact for transportation?

Answer:  Transportation is provided by Brandt Bus Inc.. Call 920-682-8823 for transportation setup.

Question:  What happens to documents I upload during the online registration process?

Answer:  Once your application is processed, these documents are deleted.

Question:  I am unable or unwilling to upload documents. How can I provide this information?

Answer:  Documents can be brought to the MPSD Administration Building 2902 Lindbergh Drive.
