Stephanie Boncher is an accomplished educator and dedicated school leader with a passion for student success and advocacy. From 2017 to 2022, she served as the Lead Counselor and Student Learning Liaison for the Manitowoc Public School District, where she played a crucial role in shaping the academic and personal growth of students. In addition to her counseling responsibilities, Stephanie led initiatives focused on Academic and Career Planning (ACP) for middle and high school students, helping them navigate their educational and career paths with confidence.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has been committed to empowering both students and educators. She led professional development opportunities for staff, equipping them with the strategies and tools needed to support students effectively. Her commitment to excellence was recognized when she was nominated for the prestigious 2022 Excellence in Education award.

Stephanie is also a respected member of the Wisconsin School Counselor Government Relations Committee, where she advocates for the needs of students and the educational community. As a recognized expert in her field, she was invited to present at the National Charter School Conference, where she shared valuable insights on how to meet IEP (Individualized Education Program) needs through project-based learning.

In her work, Stephanie emphasizes motivation, inclusion, and advocacy for all students. Her approach is grounded in providing all stakeholders—students, families, and educators—with the necessary tools and resources to help each child find success, both academically and personally. Stephanie is dedicated to fostering an environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
